hmmmmm, why a therapist(i am not against it). Listen closely, I would say that because of social media, people aren't talking anymore which increases the chances of depression, anxiety, and stress. a good example- im someone who likes to debate. one day, I wanted to debate someone who is always using his phone, literally always. So, he used to talk a lot, but because he is using his phone, he doesn't talk a lot. I wanted to see what happens if I debate him, then he went nuts his words were random. and I saw a lot of instances, it is the same, either they use their phones A LOT!! or it is their nature. even if it is their nature, they have an etiquette for speaking; they know how to speak, I talked to so many old people; they are talkative, and willing to share their experience. Meanwhile, there are old people, who got their new phone for the first time, and they don't talk like before, interesting? WHY? i have experienced that, i have seen this in my class. We need to talk. you notice the previous generations, friends, families, couples. They were talking, they share what is inside of their hearts, and they are willing to help we should use social media for our benefits by talking to other people.
