Hey my dear buddies! Even though I just arrived home with the heavy rain brought by typhoon, and though I am really exhausted now, I can’t help sharing with you that starting from next week, I will be HALF back!!! In the past weeks, I was crazy on my work and haven’t had a rest day after the Dragon festival holiday, overtime to very late everyday, including each day in each weekend. Today, I received the good results from my Indian trainees. As the trainers for their team, they’ve been qualified on the most difficult task I trained them. In the next phase, I don’t have to focus on their training, and just do the auditing and troubleshooting work for their trainees and also train them how to be a trainer and help them grow up very quickly. So, I assume it would be more relax than the past weeks, as long as they don’t have much staff turnover. Fingers crossed! Half back means not back to normal as I still have to overtime during the week, at least 10 hours OT on each weekend, Saturday or Sunday, but it is much better than now, right? It means I have time to start a new assignment and practice it, if I could join one or two live classes, that would be better! Yeah! Expect it comes very soon. Question is how to start again and catch up? Which one I should start from…

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who reached out to me, and especially to our dear Coach @Shane Peterson for the kind post. It honestly meant more than you know. Life happened, and I needed to step away for a little while. I never expected anyone to notice I had been gone, so seeing your messages and all the comments was such a wonderful surprise. It reminded me how special this community truly is. Having people who notice your absence, make you feel like you belong, and take the time to check in on you is something truly priceless—something I'll never take for granted. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support. I'm incredibly grateful to be part of this community. I'll be back soon! ❤️

I have listened over and over again, dozens of times. sometimes I have this crazy idea of dictating the entire script ,but only if it is an American accent. I hope someday we can do some role play with you guys in this community according to this script.
