๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ Launch Alert - The Self-Trust Method ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ
There's a version of you that already knows what to say. She rehearses it in the shower, drafts it in her head on the drive home, says it perfectly to the mirror. And then the moment actually arrives โ€” the conversation with your partner, the ask at work, the boundary with a friend โ€” and she goes quiet. Again. If that's familiar, this isn't a confidence problem. It's a pattern. And it's costing you more than you probably realize. What This Is Actually Costing You Time: Every hard conversation you avoid doesn't disappear it just moves into your head, where you replay it for hours, sometimes days, instead of having it out loud in the ninety seconds it would actually take. Add up the nights lost to rehearsing, rewriting, and re-litigating, and self-doubt isn't just an emotional cost. It's hours and hours of your life you don't get back. Money: The raise you didn't ask for. The rate you undercharged because negotiating felt too risky. The business idea still sitting in a notes app because starting it would mean being seen and possibly failing. Self-doubt doesn't just feel bad it has a real, calculable price tag, and most people are paying it quietly, year after year, without ever naming it. Relationships: Saying yes when you mean no. Staying quiet to keep the peace. Picking people and situations that don't ask you to speak up, because some part of you learned that not speaking up was safer than the alternative. Over time, this doesn't just cost you individual conversations โ€” it shapes who ends up close to you, and how much of yourself you actually get to bring. How This Shows Up It rarely announces itself as "self-doubt." It shows up as: - Agreeing in the meeting, resenting it in the car - A boundary you've rehearsed a dozen times and never delivered - Asking three people what they think before trusting what you already know - Going quiet in the exact conversation where your needs are actually on the table - Feeling completely capable everywhere except in your own judgment

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster @Lisa Adams Something was almost triggered in me at the start of the post... ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€ There was a feeling in the corner of my heart... ๐Ÿค” Something like: "I put in a lot of work to show up well. Despite what I do- when I get in real-life situations, all of the preparation I put in... disappears. My mind goes blank. I forget everything but living in the moment with an empty head, lol. I wish that the impression I give off to others could match who I am during my most powerful moments." It was something like that... ๐Ÿค” The post might be... even more effective if it is shorter- and if you really dive deeply into speaking towards an aspect of their identity. I was almost triggered- I sparked! But during the length of the post I sort of forgot the identity spark that had begun inside of myself at the beginning. I really love the message and it sounds like a super great program. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ฏ

Why are you delaying? - Poll Mondays
You're problably delaying something, or a lot of things. But there is problably one specific thing that came to mind when you read this. A specific project, a specific video to record, a specific post, a specific call... we all have different reasons to postpone stuff we want to do.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Routine and focus- so real and needed! ๐Ÿ’ฏ (My schedules I create always end up going offtrack. ๐Ÿ˜‚)
I used Kirby's About Page GPT Helper
Hey there. Kirby shared a CustomGPT with us on last week's Skool Update (About page description (NOMAD Framework). I just used it for both of my communities. This is my new About Page for the Free Community. Would love to hear what you think about it! ๐Ÿ‘‰ Free Skool Growth Training Community

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster @Laura Paulina I went over to the About Page without knowing what to expect. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ฏ I admit that I saw the words: "Build with Rhythm" "Every training. Every resource. Every system, put to music" and believed that this is a group for creating music... ๐Ÿค” "Become a *Steady Operator*. Calmer, Clearer, and more Consistent. Create paths, quicker wins, steadier rhythms, and a reason for members to come back." (I still thought it was about music after reading that. ๐Ÿ‘€) "๐ŸŽต We build our Skool Communities with Rhythm ๐Ÿ‘†" (I very much thought it was a group about music creation after reading this.) "FSGT is for community owners who want to become calmer, clearer, and more consistent, so members know where to go, what to do next, and why to come back." (I started to have doubts that the group is about music when I read this... ๐Ÿ‘€) For me, this is the strongest part: "Iโ€™m Laura Paulina. For 35+ years, Iโ€™ve turned complex projects into clear systems. After exhausting myself trying to keep members active, I learned that real engagement comes from clear paths, quick wins, steady rhythms, and thoughtful follow-up." (I don't quite understand what the group is about... I'm pondering if it is for creating music because everything is put to music- like... it's for making background music while one works, playlists that one plays while one works, or... I'm not quite sure... ๐Ÿค”) This is just my impression. Other people will be different. For me, I'm a bit confused by the page. โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ฏ

@Laura Paulina I grasp the purpose of the group right away now. โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ’ฏ This is my reaction and my impressions- people will be different. โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ฏ (AKA because I didn't grasp the purpose before doesn't mean that other people won't get the rhythm!)
Hey hi
Little personal news: I'm moving to a different state. I've been living at a different state than my family for the past 4 years. Now im moving back to be closer to them for 2 reasons: - Raising a child away from family support is super hard. - We got our own apartment there, so that means no more rent. Just a small debt for a quick 30 years, it will go by fast. So I'm not giving up on this place. Just too busy trying to box everything, sell some stuff, find a painter to deliver our rented house and other moving arrangements. I'll be back to the old rhythm in a couple of weeks hopefully with better support for everything and more time to work on my projects and give all of you the roastings you're looking for.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Fascinating! โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ’ฏ All I know is home. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ฏ I've no clue what they call states in places like England- it's vastly intriguing that they call them states in Brazil too... ๐Ÿค” (I know Canada has a word for theirs that is different from state, but I can't remember it- maybe a province or something. โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ฏ)
Roast my article
Hello everyone, I just mapped out a complete online business roadmap based on my journey learning affiliate marketing from scratch. If you have been looking for a step-by-step path that does not require complex tech skills or upfront inventory, this breakdown covers exactly how to get started. I would love to get your thoughts and feedback on it. Check out the guide here: https://onlinebusinessroadmap.pickyaura.com/wealthy-affiliate/

Wealthy Affiliate was where I joined when I was a complete newbie online and I didn't even know what sp*m was! ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€ I remember asking them in there if it would be sp*m if someone like me were to go around and promote rocking chairs out of the blue- and they cracked up because they didn't realize I was serious about the rocking chairs, lol. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Shucks, this is nostalgic. Wealthy Affiliate is still around. I hope they're doing well. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ฏ This sentence is so attractive: "If you have been looking for a step-by-step path that does not require complex tech skills or upfront inventory, this breakdown covers exactly how to get started." Honestly, that's what I wanted back when I was doing Affiliate Marketing.
