Do I need to remove my fixed retainer?
I am 18, I’ve had braces, and I now have a permanent retainer behind my teeth. I’ve been following Santiago for a while and have been doing “thumb pulling / 3D oral pushing” for about 3 months, and I wear a Reviv mouthguard. I’ve come to the conclusion that for better results, I probably need to have my retainer removed. Can someone (preferably Santiago 😊) confirm this? And what about the retainer on my lower teeth? And what should I tell my dentist? Thanks in advance!

@Joe H I already had a pretty wide palate and high dental arch, so it fits me well.
What to include in a routine
I struggle with consistency when it comes to fascia release, thumb pulling, and all of that. I do wear revive r3 xl consistently though, so at least there is that. My specific case is that I need to improve counter-clockwise rotation, I have a slightly recessed maxilla and mandible which I would like to correct. What would be worth me doing?
