Restults of the Test
@Thomas Jennings @Arlene Dilworth @Ernesto Guerrero @Simona Adelina @Helene J @G. Vern Morris @Nancy Moon CONCLUSION 1: Kling Motion Control 3.0 can't animate if your video reference is an animation of rigged characters (like those from Cartoon Animator) - it has to be either live footage or 3D (like iClone) CONCLUSION 2: Kling Motion Control 3.0 struggles in getting the Character to be animated as traditional animation, still kept it 3D - I am attaching both videos here. When I used only Kling 3.0 (not motion control) to animate an image addint the text "Make this is a 2D traditional Animation animated at 12 fps" - it did a better job. Also Kling Motion Control 3.0 can't follow Cartoon Animator motions, I assume it is becase 2D motion from rigged characters could be too abstract for Kling - it kept crashing and not doing the job. - We kept burning credits testing multiple approaches for 1.5+ hrs, and nothing. - When we used 3D motion from iClone (thanks @Helene J for providing this simple clip), it worked on the first try. For this, I followed 5 steps. ✅ 1. Get a motion video ✅ 2. Get the first frame rendered as an image of the motion video ✅ 3. Get the character you need ✅ 4. Create the first frame with your character and your background in the position of the first frame ✅ 5. Use Kling Motion Control 3.0 - have the image move the same way as in the video

This is really good information. It will save so much time and money. Thank you for taking the time and spending the credits to work through this issue to its conclusion. I always assume I'm doing things wrong. With all the hype about AI, I forget it has limitations regarding things that seem so straight forward on the surface.
HOLY SMOKES! Anyone using AI for Education?
In the past, creating all these infographics for the slides of a training I'm doing for the 10K HP Academy. Normally, this would take me a whole week, and thanks to Nano Banana and Claude, it took me 2 and a half hours! A total of 19 slides!

I'm also interested to learn how you structured your prompts to demonstrate the concepts, in addition to consistency in style, color, and text used.

@Mark Diaz Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such a detailed reference. I'm looking forward to putting it to good use!
We Won't Have Live Calls for the Next Weeks
Hi there! 🙌 Normally, the calendar, holidays or special events don't dictate my schedule. I enjoy spending time with this community and being around people who are actively working to tell stories through animation. In fact, I have a long history of sneaking away to my studio for live calls on December 25th or January 1st, even with a house full of family, just to put in that 1 hour of work before heading back. However, the next couple of weeks are a bit different. My dad is currently in the hospital due to fluid in his lungs. They detected a small tumor, but with surgery, he was able to get much better, and he still will have more years with us - he is 80 years old. While he is stable and doing well, he needs to remain under observation for a few more days. I am spending every night at the hospital to assist him with whatever he needs, which means my "play time" has shifted. I’m currently not getting to bed until around 7:00 or 9:00 AM. Because my daily rhythm has been completely altered, I won’t be able to attend any live calls for the next few days. I’m viewing this as a literal Boss Fight of life. Right now, I’m stepping into the Role of a Guardian (I like to think of it as a Dark Knight quest line 😉). My priority is to serve and assist him, while managing my own tasks (like writing and planning content) straight from my phone or laptop sitting at the hospital. Thank you all for your understanding and support. I'll be back in the game fully as soon as he’s cleared to head home. In the meantime, no matter what happens, keep leveling up!

Best wishes for your father's speedy recovery. Clearly, he is in good hands. Be sure to take care of yourself, as well. Hospital care giving is an exhausting challenge all its own.
