Australia vs Egypt FIFA World Cup 2026 1-1 (2-4 Pens)
I can't express the amount of joy, excitement, & pure adrenaline of today's match. I never felt so happy that our National Team managed to do the unexpected & bring pure joy. A team that won so much but yet lost a lot gave pride to millions of people around the world when nobody believed in them (especially Africans & arabs). It was an intense, strenuous match, but god was our salvation.

@Reginald Juinor Nice analysis bro! Keep it up, Reginald!
FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 🏆(Match Analysis): Portugal 🇵🇹 vs Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 5-0
NOTE: This is my first match analysis in a while since the Real Madrid vs Girona Analysis. Portugal 🇵🇹 - Overview of the game: Portugal national football team played one of their most controlled matches, dominating possession, territory, and chance creation. They consistently broke down Uzbekistan’s low block through structured build-up and wide overloads, showing clear control in all phases of the game. Formations & Structures: Portugal started in a 4-2-3-1. In possession: 3-2 / 3-2-5 structure Out of possession: 4-4-2 or 4-1-4-1 mid/high block They used this structure to control the build-up safely and stretch Uzbekistan’s low block before attacking centrally. Uzbekistan defended in a compact low block, so Portugal focused on circulation and wide progression rather than direct central attacks. In attack: Portugal’s main focus was on wide progression to manipulate the block. They: - Circulated the ball side-to-side to shift Uzbekistan - Used fullbacks and wingers to create overloads wide - Played quick combinations and third-man runs - Then attacked half-spaces once gaps opened This stretch → shift → penetrate pattern broke Uzbekistan’s defensive structure. Key moments came from wide combinations (e.g., Cancelo/Neto link-ups), leading to central entries and goals through space between lines. In defense: Portugal national football team stayed compact and organized when defending. They used: - Strong counterpress after losing the ball - Good rest defense structure - Central protection to stop transitions This meant Uzbekistan rarely had clean counterattacking moments. Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 - Overview of the game: Uzbekistan national football team struggled under sustained pressure. They were forced into a deep block for most of the match and had difficulty escaping Portugal’s press or building attacks. Formation & Structures: Uzbekistan used a low 4-4-2 / 4-5-1 block. They aimed to: - Stay compact centrally - Force Portugal wide - Protect the box

@Muhuned Idris Thank you, Coach Muhuned. Next analysis (soon), I'll try to analyze players individually & make it better than before. I can't believe it's getting better. Without you coach, this wouldn't be possible. Also, how's recovery & your legs? (I hope they're going great In Sha Allah).

Football IQ — Protect Your Body Before It’s Too Late ⚠️
Guys, I want to say something important. The last weeks have been very hard for me because of my Achilles tendon injury. I never thought something like this could affect my life so much. Simple things like walking, sleeping, standing, helping my family, even traveling became painful and difficult. At first, I thought it was just soreness or a small injury. But Achilles injuries are serious. The pain, pressure on the other leg, calf tightness, and loss of movement can become mentally exhausting too. Please take care of your body before injuries happen. Warm up properlyStretch your calves and anklesDo not ignore pain or tightnessRest when your body is warning youTake recovery, sleep, and nutrition seriously As football players and athletes, we always want to push harder. But sometimes we forget that one injury can change everything for months. Your health is part of your Football IQ too. Train smart, not just hard.
