I seem to be really struggling to know what to do first. I'm sourcing R2SA's in Bristol, I'm fully compliant, I know what I'm looking for, who my ideal investors are and now I'm just not taking the action. I think I just don't really know where to start - which sounds stupid, when I have the course here. Anyone else got their KPI's lined up for daily activity - I feel like everyone else knows what they're doing.

Just starting Module 7 I think - I've chosen to source R2SA - what happens if I manage to get a landlord interested in rent2SA but then I can't find an investor?? How do you handle that situation. Feels very different to offering on a hous and then going back to the agent to back out if I can't find one. Am I overthinking this? Or is this covered later and I'm jumping the gun here.
