Side income: please vote
Guys - we all know the cost of living is crazy, and for most of us we carry the burden of being the majority provider for the family. Therefore, would you like to learn and receive support (not from me) to create side income, and maybe earn money from your passion, hobbies, or building a small personal brand? I certainly would, but would you? Let me know.

I already have my side hustle up and running, but I’m always open to ideas and advice!

Big news coming soon - Move. Connect. Build…
Brothers, big news coming soon as we look to improve the community, the value we deliver (outside of physical and mental health), and grow to more members globally… Any ideas what it could be? 🤌🏼

@Adam Lloyd Workshops and key note speaking seem to be well within your wheelhouse, brother!
Train hard, but Dad harder!
Today, my son took part in the Cardiff 2km Family Fun Run and put in such a confident, mature performance. He beat his race PB by a big margin, but what made me proudest was the way he carried himself and committed to the run. Started in the front line, dead centre. The little fella in grey next to the kid in orange. We regularly head out together for trail runs, and those miles have become some of my favourite time with him. He also sees the work that happens when we aren’t running together. He sees me going to the gym when everyone else is heading to bed, or pulling on my trainers and going out into the dark when it would be much easier to stay home and rest. Kids learn far more from what we consistently do than from what we occasionally tell them. We can talk to them about discipline, perseverance and doing hard things, but those lessons carry more weight when they watch us live them. Train hard, but dad harder. 💪 🔱

Family motivation
Afternoon all, just thought I’d share this piece of my family history which I’m using as Motivation. My grandfather was in the military and was posted to Hong Kong and was part of the first Nepalese team to ever do the Olympics in Tokyo 1964. he trained a group of Gurkhas to box. So I’m using this as my way of hopefully doing him proud. I always looked at the knife they gave him hung over his door but never really talked to him much about it.

That’s an incredible set of achievements to motivate you to push yourself to do better. What a man. I love looking at family history, you never know what you’ll find.
