I am rather poorly today so I have slowed down a bit... Been told off by some of you 😉 But I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you… truly. Every single one of you who shows up here — whether you post, comment, read quietly, or just sit and breathe in this space — you are what makes Grounded Roots Parenting feel safe, warm, and real. This community isn’t built on perfection or pretending we’ve got it all figured out. It’s built on honesty, growth, learning, and supporting one another through the messy and the meaningful. Watching connections form, seeing parents feel less alone, and witnessing the courage it takes to share your stories means more to me than I can properly put into words. You help shape this space just as much as I do. Your kindness, openness, humour, and willingness to keep growing is what gives these roots strength. Woo 🥳 Got the little lunchtime supervisor role for playtime at the local School, needless to say they were very impressed and kept saying its a good starting role to get you back in 😅 Although I'm grateful to be able to keep ties but work on my community too 💗

Well… remember earlier when I said my Parent Regulation Cards were on the way? 😅They arrived today — and I genuinely wasn’t expecting that at all!! Holding them in my hands feels surreal. What started as an idea, some late-night designing, and a lot of heart has turned into something real. They are honestly beautiful, and I’m so proud of how far this journey has come already... May have shed a tear. This space has played such a big part in my own growth too. Building here, learning alongside you all, and showing up even through the hard moments has helped me find strength and purpose again. A lot of what I’m creating is deeply personal, and I continue to dedicate this work in honour of my best friend who passed end of last year — because turning pain into something that helps others feels like the most meaningful way forward, in a way he has driven me forward. And I just want to say… even if the book or cards never become “huge”, I already feel a massive sense of accomplishment. We’re building something real here together, and today felt like one of those little milestone moments 🌿 Thank you for being part of it with me 🤍

I just want to take a moment to appreciate every single one of you… because look what you have helped create 🌱 Our community Discovery rank has moved from #1840 → #568 🤯 That’s a jump of 1,272 places — and it didn’t happen because of tricks or noise. It happened because of real conversations, real support, and the way you all show up for each other every day. This space was built so parents wouldn’t feel alone, and watching it grow naturally — through kindness, honesty, and shared experience — honestly means so much to me. Thank you for being here. Thank you for helping shape something genuine. And thank you for making this feel like a village, not just a group 🌿 We’re only just getting started.
