Help me find a MD.
Hey everyone! Wanted to share a quick update on where I am with my practice. What's done: - My website is up and running 🎉 - I'm going with IntakeQ for intake forms and PracticeQ for booking. I like having everything in one place. In progress: - Finishing onboarding with PracticeQ and getting everything set up. Once that's done, I'm ready to go. What I still need: a medical director. I was going to work with Guardian MD, but it didn't work out. My medical attorney flagged some red lines in the contract, and they weren't open to discussing them. I've looked at a few other platforms since, but they offer less and their agreements haven't been ones I'm comfortable signing. Does anyone know a medical director in Michigan who knows IV therapy well, or who'd be open to working with a new practice? I'm aiming to launch in November, so any leads or referrals would mean a lot. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Looking into this for you!
EMR
I have a question what EMR/ POS system is good to use. I prefer a system that has everything. I currently use IntakeQ for the form only as it streamline and easy for my clients to use. I like how you can customize the form and write your notes. However, I am looking into Gloss genius it perfect except the questionnaire and consent forms. I dont want to use 2 platform if there a systems that uses everything it would work great for me.

@Angela Massing they wont be logging into double platforms! My biggest advice is for you to upgrade to premium. A lot of information on this topic and shows exactly how to do it. also, i believe IntakeQ has a scheduling system as well but im not the biggest fan. Just something for you to look at!
Really need help
So I need someone that is working in a state that doesn’t allow nurses to compound to tell me exactly how to give meds. Are you actually pushing everything over 10-15 minutes? Do you run on a syringe pump? That seems impossible, and would take forever for each patient. Do you dilute in 50ml bags and run as secondary? Do you call it diluting and add it to your 1000ml bag? But then, surely you can only add one thing to it. Are people just praying they don’t get audited by their board, and adding whatever? And please don’t say, ask your medical director. If I go to court, they will not have my back. Does anyone have experience, or is group just people trying to get started?

EMR - Booking System
Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could share some advice. I'm choosing a booking system for my mobile IV business and was leaning toward Jane App, but I've noticed a few people in here don't recommend it. My other option is IntakeQ / PracticeQ. For those of you currently working in the field: what booking/intake system are you using, and how do you like it? Anything you wish you'd known before picking one (pricing, mobile-friendly scheduling, intake forms and consents, payments, etc.)? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you in advance!
