Perception
The realization of what the depth of it consists of … and how each atom of the in-between here and there , plays a role in the extravagance of the view. What we perceive speaks of our degree of awareness and what we choose to see . When you get the choice, To choose what to see… what do you see? How do you realign when what you see is not calibrated with who you are ? How do you free yourself of judgments and break the cycle of the reflex to have them .

Exactly!
Letting go
I'm letting go of attachment to conflicts. I intend to live in love, joy and peace. I find myself wanting to fight and stop myself. Maybe because I couldn't get mad or something bad could happen. So I'm watching myself and the people who trigger the fight. I'm neutral and don't need to attach. I choose joy , peace, and love . Smile and embrace the trigger .

@Christa Lovas Yes, usually when it is most needed...keeping with it though, it becomes a good habit.
Biggest block is the rush of adrenaline.
I get triggered to be mad by being gaslight, or talked down to. I get alot done with adrenaline rush but it's a bad way to live and bad for my body. I'm getting older and I need to spend my energy in more efficient ways of joy, peace and love. I can't stop a narcissistic boss but I can be neutral and find the space for joy. I get caught in the loop of it's other people's world. I need to remember I'm my world.

Four Lessons In Two And A Half Minutes
I pulled this up in response to @Jayeson Vance . Attachment, letting go, people who talk behind your back, and boundaries....all in under 3 minutes! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkvavMDrWAM&list=RDgkvavMDrWAM&start_radio=1

Wow so heartfelt and so perfect, I actually was Neil Young's driver about a half dozen times back in the late 1980s, his then approximately 10 yr. old daughter sang for me personally outside their home! His then wife, Peggy in the back of the car chatted with friends about her feeling of foreboding prior to the Loma Prieta Earthquake in 1989 and I could not resist chiming in that I also felt that vibe on the afternoon as game one of the 1989 World Series approached... To top it all off, Neil Young, like me survived childhood polio, myself in Utah and Neil in the backwoods of Ontario Province.

My story began in 1947, near the time of the Roswell incident. I learned and unlearned recently, being a victim. I am quite relieved to find ELT
