54 contributions to The Change Makers
A big heartfelt thank you to some of the beautiful souls in this community. 💜
I want to take a moment to acknowledge a few people who consistently show up, share their wisdom, and genuinely contribute to making this space supportive, thoughtful, and safe: @Leanne Watson @Nancy Solook @Kerry Upham @Chris Lawrence @Lauren Kinghorn @Louise Size Your insights, compassion, and willingness to offer guidance don’t just help the person who asked the question, they help everyone reading quietly in the background too. Community only works when people are brave enough to share and generous enough to support… and each of you embodies that so naturally. Thank you for the light, the expertise, and the heart you bring here. You are deeply appreciated. 💜

Thank you Lorene, that's so nice of you to give such a lovely shout out.
Celebrating the Voices That Have Shaped Me
If there’s one thing I’ve learned on this wild and wonderful personal development journey, it’s this: no one gets here alone. And honestly, thank goodness, because trying to figure out life without teachers would feel like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without the instructions. Possible, yes, but you’d probably end up with three extra screws and a wobbly table. Over the years I’ve been blessed to learn from an incredible mix of mentors, teachers and thinkers who have shaped the way I work, heal and serve. I’ve devoured the teachings of Abraham–Hicks, soaking up the reminders about alignment and ease. I adore David Bayer’s work, especially his clarity around the mind, choice and creation. I still find myself nodding along to his content like an enthusiastic bobblehead. I’ve been studying Neville Goddard, and yes, I’ve just ordered another one of his books… because apparently my bookshelf enjoys living on the edge. And then there’s Florence Scovel Shinn, whose words have guided my thinking in ways I didn’t even realise I needed. Along the way, I’ve trained in so many different modalities with so many gifted teachers, each one opening a door I didn’t even know existed. Every mentor gave me something different — a perspective, a tool, a challenge, a truth — and each one nudged me into a new version of myself. What I didn’t expect was the moment I realised something quietly powerful: after enough learning, something shifts… and your mentors become your peers. Not from ego, but from integration. Not because you “arrive”, but because you finally understand that growth isn’t about collecting gurus, it’s about becoming yourself. Today, I’m filled with genuine gratitude for every single person who has walked before me, generously sharing their experience, their wisdom, their mistakes and their magic. Their influence is woven into everything I do. Who has inspired you on your journey?

Hello and welcome @Dinkayehu Mesele and @Bel Amada
Happy Saturday 🩷
What’s on your agenda today? Today I’ve finished creating the full content for the 30 Day Challenge, and I’m feeling so pleased, relieved and deeply satisfied with how it’s come together. Also… absolutely exhausted 😅 So the rest of today is officially me time. I’m heading off for a swim as my reward, then maybe a movie, dinner out and an early night. No fixing, no planning, no pushing… just refuelling. What about you? How are you spending your Saturday, and are you giving yourself permission to rest or enjoy it too?

Today I had a small lay in, then @TonyLord asked me to go the the shops with him, specifically Anaconda. Yesterday he saw some portable battery boxes suitable for our camper trailer and some actual batteries to go in them. These will make us self sufficient power wise when we're travelling, so we can go totally off grid. Then we saw these cool led lights, big enough to light the whole camper trailer, so one for inside and one for the annexe. They were around AUD$20 off. On the way out, there were camping chairs, 2 for less than the price of one and these very solid looking and feeling keep cups with a magnetic flip lid so it doesn't all into your nose when you're drinking. All in all a very satisfying trip.
