Body Comp Wins
Since getting into the group/back in the gym in August I am down three belt notches. Weight hasn’t gone down too much yet due to muscle growth but the lessening of midsection fat is noticeable
Do You Advocate For Yourself?
Most of us do a poor job advocating for our health. This isn’t good. We’re habitual rule followers in the military and if a doc says we need to do xyz, we do it. Unfortunately, this is likely not in our best interests. Most docs won’t “look under the hood” Listen to Dr. Kavoussi explain the importance of tracking your hormones and taking the necessary action with your doctor.

I have found myself often get into a “wounded dog” mentality. Take the licks, put your head down and keep going. It takes a big mindset shift to change that up and advocate for yourself
