Journey before destination.
Sometimes, the prize is not worth the costs. How we achieve victory is as important as the victory itself. There are many paths to success, but only a few are honourable. I learned this from the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. It is an epic fantasy series about uniting people across cultures, beliefs, and personal struggles. Here are some of my favourite quotes: • The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think but to give you questions to think upon. • In the end, we all die. How you lived will be far more important than what you accomplished. • Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination. Each book had a profound impact on my life and my journey. The 5th book is out today, and I’m ready to learn the next lessons. I can’t wait to share the insights with all of you. What’s one story that’s shaped your journey?

Lol I have no clue what went on in the last book anymore. So much plot. I gotta relisten.
📕Bookclub: He who fights with monsters
Yesterday, I talked with @Kristi Kiefer about her book club community. Most of what I learned is from books, so I want to take the initiative and suggest a book club meeting every Tuesday. (It is already in the Calendar) @Kristi Kiefer, maybe you can help us set that up as a collaboration? To get that started, I want to share a book that I am currently listening to with @Lorena Vukić . I’ve always dreamed of a fantasy world where I can express my true self and solve problems with magic. For years, I believed this experience was confined to video games. Then I discovered LitRPGs—Literature Role-Playing Games. Two passions collided into something I didn’t even know I needed: He Who Fights With Monsters by Shirtaloon. Jason Asano, an Australian, gets transported to a magical world filled with monsters and magic. He must adapt, navigate politics, build relationships, and grow stronger to survive. Stories like these aren’t just entertainment—they’re catalysts for transformation. They remind us that within each of us lies the potential to overcome challenges, evolve, and make a lasting impact. Would you like to join us and talk about your favourite books?

I am at book 9 right now and it's really dope! Especially that it's such a long story. Great recommendation!
