Question: What do you see? Answer: For me this is the last painting I did. It was painted to music and was just allowed to flow.

To me it looks like darkness heading towards light.
Kindness will change the world.
A smile, a kind gesture, a positive reassurance to a client, a friendly or a stranger can have deep and lasting impact for their lives. This reminds me of my step Grandfather who was active in Vietnam at 50 yrs old. He was in one of the “special agencies”. I was at his 100 year birthday party and there were all of these Vietnamese/Americans there. I didn’t understand why and then I was told an amazing story. He brought his interpreter and a few other people he met while on duty there over to the United States. They had families and then there kids had families He was directly responsible for saving the lives of 100 people who are now living productive lives in the US. Maybe it’s the next dr who solves Alzheimer’s, cures cancer or smiles at you to impact your day. The point is kindness for your self is the catalyst that allows you to be kind to others in an authentic way. Pass on your kindness and change the world for your business, your family and for everyone you love. What is one kind action you can take for someone today?
Kindness will change the world.

This morning at a store, a couples card wasn't working so I paid for their groceries. Tears of joy in their eyes.

Fall because I love the cooler weather and the colors of the leaves changing.
Question for everyone.
What do you tell yourself when you fight the battle no one else can see? Or what has helped you with your internal battle? For me: it's the small big things. Reminding myself to breath, to take it one moment at a time and that I matter. It's finding a color, song or a moment in time that brings me joy. These are a few of mine.

I usually listen to my favorite song and stim. Spending time in nature or journaling.
