Advice for Best Shirt Fit After Weight Loss
Hey everyone, Can any of you experts give me advice on how to get the best and right fit for business casual shirts after significant weight loss?

I recently lost a lot of weight and had to get rid of most of my wardrobe. A tailored fit is the best option. I had a sport coat tailored. I wear slim fit jeans and khakis. The khakis and dress pants I have tailored if needed. I also buy fitted Ts, dress shirts and polos (look at True Classic.)

Fishing while kiddos swim
The kiddos and staff and my wife went swimming at camps pool so I went and spent some alone time fishing . Had some bites. U know what they say a bad day of fishing is better than a bad day of work lol ok camp isn’t really work but y’all get it. Some times it’s nice to breath and relax and be alone . And yes I was throwing top water spinner , and have one of the most deadliest rod and reel combos , a pen battle 3000 reel and a 6’7” medium action st.croix rod

Gentlemen carry a handkerchief
My wife found these at good will for $5 So I bought some brand new ones , think I already made a post about those so now a post about these lol, yes gonna wash them before I even think about carrying them

I carry a handkerchief. Sometimes 2. I for me and the other to give away if someone needs it.

@Robert Meyers most of the "hanks" for the EDC crowd can be extremely expensive. I go with the cheap Walmart/department store handkerchiefs though.

T shirt Fit Advice
Should i size down? Or just get the length adjusted? Maybe wear them since 100% cotton tends to shrink.

I might suggest some fitted t-shirts. They are spendy but absolutely worth every penny. You have the body shape for it. Get a tailored look. Check out True Classic Tees. I have about 10 of them. Never going back to store bought tees.
