Health Precautions.
@Jack Npt Hello there, Fellow Members of the MANTRA community. So, Jack, I need ur help on some things. Recently, I have had struggles breathing properly and have always felt overactive and tired. Upon a health Checkup turns out I have high cholesterol and fatty liver. The things that've been bugging me are that I rarely eat any kind of sugary, packed, street food at all. I just eat homemade food, so how come I have high cholesterol?. And about the workout, I am guilty as one can be. This year, in June had two knot removal surgeries on the heel of my left foot and one on the left cheek. That's why I wasn't able to work out for 3 months, and after I became lazy. Rn tbh, man am cooked. My skin is starting to get dull, and I got some acne scars somehow. I feel tired even after sleeping 8+ hours. I have gained 15 kg since April. Have a constant Heart rate of over 100+ BPM. Current Medications that I am taking are. Ashwajith BetaineHCl+PEPSIN Spirulina Bramhi All are tablets. If anyone else has a suggestion that I should follow under my doc's suggestion, I'm all ears.

Hey bro, really sorry to hear youโ€™ve been going through all that, sounds really rough. Iโ€™m not a doctor, so I canโ€™t say for sure whatโ€™s behind it, but those symptoms definitely sound like something worth getting checked out properly again. Fatty liver and high cholesterol can sometimes happen even if youโ€™re not eating junk. Inactivity, stress, poor sleep, or hormonal changes can all play a part. Iโ€™d go back to your GP and ask for a full check-up on thyroid, liver, and heart health just to rule anything more serious out. In the meantime, donโ€™t stress about hammering the gym yet. Start with small daily walks or some light movement if your doctor says itโ€™s fine, keep your hydration up, and focus on balanced meals with plenty of protein, fruit, and veg โ€” not just avoiding bad foods. Also, double-check any supplements youโ€™re taking with your doctor, especially since some can affect liver function. Youโ€™re doing the right thing by looking into it early man. Once youโ€™ve had a proper review and feel ready to move again, rebuilding your routine slowly will make a huge difference. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Hey guys I wanna start with gym and stuff and I really need your help. I have a little gym at home and I wanted to combine calisthenics with weight training. I also want to start running and cycling and I really donโ€˜t know how to combine all of that with spending time with family, for myself then especially school and other hobbies like guitar und drawing and stuff. I really want to build a very good physique in a year from now. Iโ€˜m also very skinny and if anyone got a plan or tips PLEASE let me know!! This is my โ€žhomegymโ€œ just a few stuff.

What Luca said is bang on mate! Start slow - 3 sessions a week is plenty for now, leaving a rest day between each day. I'd say your main focus should be on nailing your bodyweight movements first - pull ups, push ups, squats, lunges, crunches etc, and ease yourself into working with light weights and/or more advanced calisthenics if you're interested. Getting started is the hardest part, but once you find some kind of routine, you'll find yourself addicted to the positive results!
Creatine
So I finally decided to get myself creatine any recommendations which one i should get as is my first time buying one

Yeah, what Christoph said. Don't get scammed by brands claiming to have more 'purity' etc. It's all the same stuff. I personally use the Warrior one, as it has electrolytes in it too, but I used to get it from MyProtein or Optimum Nutrition.

It's the best supplement on the market bro - 100% recommend it. It's not only the physical benefits that make it so good, but the cognitive benefits are also great, and you can really feel the difference.
