We made some BIG decisions on last ⭐️ Call. its time to announce the October Blitz: a COMPLETELY different kind O Blitz because of 1 reason: Buziness isnt everything. were all struggin with things in our regular lives too so this month- were gonna focus on two other categories - Physical (gettin comfy in ur body) - Relational (fixing and building relationships uv been putting off) 1. Pick Physical or Relational 2. Pick one thing uve been intendin to quit or start. 3. Spend Oct sharin how you do it, and how we can help Personally, ive never been this fat in my life and i FEEL unhealthy. So im gonna be postin pics while i work on it all Oct. Can't wait to see what u decide to work on. What do U think we should call it?? Shoutout to @Michelle McCartney for taking notes on all of this shit and helpin make it REAL

Pick 1 (one) goal for you today. --> as little or big as you want --> important and meaningful (to you only) --> achievable before the day is over --> you know exactly when and how it is reached That's it. -> State it + criteria -> comment when achieved If you aren't clear, we figure it out together. It could be "walking 10 minutes outside" or "stand up and stretch". It can be business related. No matter what. Just something that is new and beneficial and that you can build up on. I just want to thank you! I did not show up for you guys with the rainbow hair on the call, and I am sorry for that.. You all showed up for me the day before. I want to thank a few specific people and limit myself to a few of you because I can't possibly get everyone who supported me correctly. This whole group is incredible. The special thank you and shoutout goes to @Sam Rathling, @Barbara Guimaraes, @Suza Roswandowicz, @Rebecca Pay, @Zak King, @Matthew Willis, @Victoria Rosenbalm. You all were with me on the rainbow run. The rainbow run was such a special way to end the day of insane activity. I'll apologise for the 2.444 activities I probably mostly did in here that day...🤷🏼‍♀️ SORRY Goosify!! I'll relax soon🤔 Thank you, @Kai Lorenz, for bringing people together and for creating such a massive amount of support for me! You are all the reason I got my flame 🔥 and became a rainbow 🌈, on the same day that I have been here for a month. I spent the evening listening to this song on repeat. It felt super fitting🤷🏼‍♀️ THANK YOU! I have never in my life felt so much love and care as I did with you all that evening.
