I mentioned the guy who helps me with tasks here at home a few times a week. ( I’m disabled). He’s frogged projects a few times for me but, ugh, I tossed a large ball on the ball winder and found out that as he untangled the yarn, (huge skein) he OFTEN cut it, stuck a knot into it and continued to wind it up. This was a pound of yarn! I tried to use it on my Addi but I think it’s going to need to be trashed. I’m sooo upset. All this yarn is wasted. I was going to whip out a dog blanket for my 11 yr old retired service dog who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback. He hates laying on anything that is not a blanket. (Ridgebacks have greyhound in them). I thought he’d like a nice double paneled throw. Oh well. ‘Sighs’ here’s Ryan.

This was surprisingly easy and quite fun, even though I did have to frog it once because when I got ready to finish the hat, I forgot to put the yarn in the yarn gate! You can imagine what that looks like. But that’s OK, I’m very pleased with how it turned out.

You all have been very busy since I last posted as we are now at #47 Globally. Can't wait to see where we are at when I check back in first thing Monday morning. Have a great Sunday everyone.

So my birthday isn’t until March, so still a while away. But I asked my grandparents if I could have the new automatic I-cord maker for my birthday, they said yes and said I could have it as an early birthday present. So now, I can make some I-cord and try new things as well
