Day 10/30 August 10th workout #2✅
Today was my first day of vacation so I’ll try to stay as consistent as I can and improvise as much as I can today I’m staying in a hotel so I hit the gym and did the sprints on an incline treadmill. Rank The Intensity of The Day: I think today's intensity was a 7/10 What did you learn while doing Day 10? Did you make any improvements? I learned that even when it’s hard and you feel like quitting your almost there and you need to keep pushing. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I wasn’t challenged with much except for the fact that I had to make sure I stayed at the pace of the treadmill or I would fall off. What are most excited for? I’m most exited to see how I can put together similar workouts and sessions on my vacation. Hope everyone has a great day and enjoy your summer+ keep grinding!

@Luke Croucher oh shoot I completely forgot to tell u I had to quit after twenty days because I got super super busy with football so I had to end it early unfortunately thank you for hosting the challenge and I would love to join another one and hoped finish in the future and yes I can send you the post
Rest days
Had to take a couple rest days I’ve been at football 4 hours a day and it’s at a really awkward time so I had to take a few rest days
Day 20/30 August 20th ✅
1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 1/10 2. What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? Yesterday I did my walk with my friend who just returned from a military program and plans to join the actual Canadian military at Christmas I learned that being in the military is way more brutal then any hard workout you will ever do so you should always get after it even when you don’t want to because they don’t have a choice. 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I wasn’t really challenged. 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? To keep pushing and finish this challenge strong.

Rank The Intensity of The Day:7/10 What did you learn while doing Day 18 Did you make any improvements? I learned how to get a better toe drag release and I also learned how to do a workout even if you have no equipment around. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I was challenged with having to push through the workout it was extra hard because I already had a lift today with my trainer but I pushed through it. What are most excited for tomorrow? I’m excited to have a nice mindful day tomorrow and I’m also exited for my first ever high school football season which starts Thursday.

Day 18+19/30 - Leg day and shooting - August 19th
Today I was unable to do the shooting because we left to go on vacation for the week and yesterday was a crazy day filled with packing and preperation for our trip so was unable to do the leg workout then. However I did not want to use my rest days becayse last night I had practice which was a great skate where I saw lots of improvements, especially with my shot. Today on my car ride I revied some game footage from my showcase this past weekend and made some notes on that. Tomorrow I will complete the leg workout with some stickhandling (insted of shooting bc I brough my stick but dont have a net) as well as the mindful walk to get back on track and will document all of it.
