Not sure if you own a park or not. In any business as you do scale there are always hurdles. If you haven't bought a park yet I wouldn't worry too much about them details. But rather focus on getting a park. Once you get a park you will very quickly dial in the procedures and find the capital. I've seen a lot of single family home investors never get past the business card design. I think it's great you're thinking along these lines though and keep it for evening reading if that makes sense. Don't get distracted too much with operations before you get one to run. That's my thoughts. But in this SKOOL ap there are a lot of tips. And solid training in all that you asked about. I tend to study in the evening as well.
