Balance for takedown defense
Use a rubber band, as if a person caught your leg. Many strikers fall too easily. Not falling over while hopping on one leg 🦵 is something that pays huge dividends for self defense and MMA. Bonus points: What creature is on my back? Let me know in comments. @Serwan Scheppers no you can’t answer that question. 🙋‍♂️

I love grappling and it is great one on one. You want the skills set as back up. But those who have been in real situations know the ground is not a place you want to be.
Super close range
What do you do when you get at super close range? Clinch, grapple, takedown, get away or strike? How? Looking for ideas 💡

Against grappler. 1 Sabaki footwork stops most. 2 underhook 3 “ le moustache” 4 do damage while they are holding leg. 5 let them get you to the floor but immediately get up. Many grapplers didn’t learn to immediately control so there is often a gap there and it frustrates them a lot as they work hard to get you there but can’t actually do anything with it.
