90 Day Action Plan - Who else is growing?
Wow, it’s Q3! Took a little time to watch a couple of @Kylie Kelly ’s email starter kit videos. So easy to digest! I’m definitely in the growth stage, so I picked several strategies from that side of the V2 framework to focus on over the next 90 days. I want to keep networking (already leaning into this) and commit to applying to guest speaking + aligned summits & podcasts. I know that’s kind of a lot, but right now my list is <100 and I’ve been down to once a month emailing because I don’t really get any replies (and never any sales). Which is tough for me since I specialize in messaging 😔 BUT it was an encouraging reminder that I probably only need to double my list size with ideal subscribers to move in the right direction! 💪

I tried a bunch of growth activities in Q2 with really slow results. Getting at least 250 new peeps to my email is my Q3 and Q4 goals

@Rachel Jones three different summits, paid email promotion, podcast guesting (which never leads to many opt-ins but super low in Q2).
🎙️ The Kit → Flodesk episode is live (and yes... I'm spilling the tea ☕)
Quite a few of you have asked why I'm moving from Kit to Flodesk, especially because I've been a Kit user for over four years. So I recorded a whole podcast episode on it. And before anyone panics… this isn't a "Kit is bad and Flodesk is better" episode. It's actually a conversation about something much bigger: 👉 How your business evolves. 👉 Why your priorities change. 👉 And why the tools that got you here aren't always the tools that will get you there. Inside the episode I share: - Why I'm moving from Kit to Flodesk after four years - The hidden cost of complexity in your business - How changing business models changes your software decisions - Why loyalty to tools isn't a strategy - The question I think every business owner should ask regularly: "Does this still fit?" Because sometimes we keep paying for software, systems, and subscriptions simply because we've always used them… not because they're actually the best fit for the business we're building now. 🎧 Listen here: https://www.buzzsprout.com/2065148/episodes/19435188 And I'm curious… What's one tool, strategy, or offer in your business that you're questioning right now because it might not fit anymore? 👇 Let's chat.

@Nic Frick Teachery. I bought lifetime on BF. I have an affiliate if you need one. My needs are pretty basic so this will work for me.

@Wendy Breakstone I went to Teachery, but mostly see it as a LMS for my business. It doesn't function like full checkout software.
Hellooooo!! 👋🏻👋🏻
Hello new friends! I'm Lindsey, a YNAB Certified Coach and a Certified Money Coach. I help women who earn decent money but feel like they don't have anything to show for it, heal their relationship with money, create a positive money mindset and learn to LOVE budgeting and finally feel confident managing their finances!! I have had my business for 5 1/2 years now but have mainly been doing 1:1 coaching during that time. I found Skool in October and immediately fell in love and decided to FINALLY try a membership...which I had been thinking about for more than a year at that point! I have also had an email list from day one but my biggest struggle right now is to get them to actually buy! I've been starting to think that I had the wrong people on my list so my focus recently has been on visibility and finding those right subscribers! I currently live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with my husband and our three cats (any other crazy cat ladies here??). I also LOVE the color purple (yes, the actual color) as well as a good jigsaw puzzle!

Welcome Lindsey! I live outside Boulder, but graduated high school in Lancaster. HACC was the first college I taught at like 25 years ago 👀

@Lindsey Ciarrocca lol I've only driven to Gunnison ONE time and said 'never again'. Driving over the pass is no joke. Saw my life flash before my eyes multiple times 😂
Hi everyone!
I'm Emma, the owner of Fink Tank Consulting, and I'm excited to be here! I help wedding professionals turn their best relationships with clients and other businesses into a consistent stream of bookings through referrals. I'm working with my first two beta clients now, and I want to use email marketing as my primary marketing channel! I'm from the Detroit area of Michigan, where I live with my fiance and our two cats. Excited to make some connections with the other ladies here!

Hey Emma! I spent almost 7 years in East Lansing for grad school, but used to teach satellite courses in Farmington Hills during the summer. Are you in Detroit proper or the suburbs? Referrals is one of my favorite topics!

What Tools Are We Using?
Hi all! I’m just getting started with my business, so I’m wondering what tools we’re using for things like email marketing, product hosting, website building, calendar scheduling, etc.. I’ve been trying out HighLevel for a while, but honestly, it’s a lot, and I’m not sure if I’m the biggest fan of some of the features. I would love tool recommendations from the community!

Mine has changed quite a bit but my current stack Dubsado - to book 1:1 services (scheduling, invoicing, client communication) Airtable + TidyCal to manage my signature offer (I need something that supports multiple form submissions for support tickets) Flodesk for email marketing (will be moved over this month) Showit for my websites Teachery to host my resource hubs + products
