So.... I have a deal analysed and checked over and ready to view. I think this will cross the line as a seller, numbers are fab 😁😁😁 wish me luck!!! I have had an agent send me deals without ringing them. This is a turn out and a good relationship built. I have 4 rent to SA deals to analyse today. Been a good week.

Win for me this week. Managed to turn a DTV call that already had an offer accepted into a possible investor 🙌🏼

1. Had a couple of good conversations with some estate agents in the area and they’ve said they were both start to call me with properties so now it’s just a bit of a waiting game. 2. Another investor (maybe 2 when they decide their strategy!) on boarded and a follow-up call to be booked 3. First informal offer submitted for a property but was declined. Max offer put in but I’m planning to follow up in the next couple of weeks to see if they will reconsider. Absolutely crapped myself putting it in but it’s been a really good learning curve. 4. Random investor completed my form to join my WhatsApp group, have followed up but haven’t heard nothing back since. Taking the small win that I’m being seen on social media as all my other investors are friends. A productive week, planning to rest and recharge this weekend and hit the ground running next week. I want to put in at least one more offer by end of next week.

I was hoping to do property Deal sourcing alongside my 2 year Masters in Fine Art.- I’d say it’s most least demanding Masters you could do to be fair in terms of weekly timetable. What are your thoughts do reckon I could do this? 🖌️🎨🏡
