Special shout out to Mick, Kit and the team. Very proud today, hit the 90’s (the goal) for first time since pre-Covid. Better than this will leave this with some great new habits. Have a great Australia Day 🙌

Get your steps in, eat well, get some solid recovery, and reset your mind. Sunday isn’t for falling off, it’s for setting up. A big thank you to Mick, Kit, and the community. I knew this challenge for me wouldn’t be completely perfect, but did my best every day. A special thank you to Kit, for the daily motivation and communication during the 28 day challenge I just completed. Celebrated this morning with eggs on toast, and now time to dial in for 2026!
