I will teach 9 steps tomorrow.
I'm working onmy masterclass for tomorrow. I have come up with 9 simple steps that are going to be a game changer for me next year, and I want to give you the opportunity to copy my blueprint. Great things are happening in my life. I want to thank you guys for being here and pushing and supporting each other. Yesterday, I worked with another college baseball team on mental toughness and flow state. It went well, the program we've been developing works for anyone who wants to unlock potential, get locked in and stay locked in. The challenge isn't over guys. Rededicate yourself. ReLOCK IN. Stay focused. we're in the last 10 day stretch. check in with us below. give some feedback. Ask me any questions you have for staying on track or getting back on track. Been a while since I checked in on here but I’ve been doing good, working out still been staying away from social media and tv and everything else so it’s been nice. I’d say the only real struggle I’ve had is been journaling and meditating. I haven’t been making time to journal and so once I finally finish all I need to do I get in bed to go to sleep bc I’m exhausted and don’t feel like writing my thoughts lol. I still need to do it tho. And as far as meditation, I still practice everyday throughout the day I have just been having a hard time allowing my mind to rest and not wonder about other responsibilities or things that I need to do. But overall I’m doing good ready to conquer these last few weeks

This is where the challenge gets difficult. You're going to have to stay clear on what your purpose and your reason for doing it is. winners master there bodies, champions master there mind. Remember to be serious, and remember to keep it fun. That's the game. balance is mastery.

I felt like I was getting comfortable in this challenge and so I started to allow myself to do things like watch YouTube and Tv thinking I was fine without it so I don’t have to fast from it and I definitely felt a little convicted yesterday after looking at my screen time and seeing 2hrs on YouTube and 1.5hr on TV so I am cutting it back out and won’t get complacent anymor. Also yesterday for Veterans Day I went out w my friends a got a good amount of free food including a big milkshake…. That was just a one day kind of thing and trust me I felt awful physically and mentally after all the trashy food I put in my body. But today I’m back on the grind!

Cash won his 3rd amateur fight last night. It was well earned. He survived a knock down in round 2 that gave him the opportunity to show his heart. Besides that one hit, he was the dominant fighter. @Jt Slay also won last night in his debut. We’re proud of you guys! I have some things working against me right now , so I’m doubling down on praying and positive thinking. I keep reminding myself that I have the power to choose the story. Any time you try and level up. Expect resistance. Stay focused and realize it’s natural. Don’t get in your feelings. Rise above.

Good day today, woke up and meditated, went to church, hung out my my friend all day, we went to the gym, Walmart, chipotle, then ended up fishing where she caught her first fish ever and I got my biggest fish so far! About to shower, read journal meditate and go to bed! Also congrats cash and jt on y’all’s fight

Today was a great day, got to meditate, great workout, and I went fishing for the first time in my life and caught some fish! Very exciting haha
