we’ve been working sooo hard in the past few weeks on this project and it’s finally coming to light. Freeze mode
Just wondered if anyone has any experience or advice for when you feel stuck in freeze mode when overwhelmed? It's very counterintuitive and gets annoying 🤣

@Gabi Popandron Thanks Gabi that's a big help. I've been doing a lot of the self care aspects but I'm currently back in an old job that lead to burnout in the past so I do think the job is a big factor for me here. I come home and just want to hide away. Theres a lot to be said for doing a job you actually love. Currently working on the boundaries aspect too and not taking on more than I can carry. The ten spoon theory was very interesting to me regarding boundaries so it might help others

@Ioana Rotar yes ! Breathwork is something I could practice a lot more! And journaling has always helped me in the past so that's my goal for the moment. I guess we have all the answers if we pause to allow ourselves to slow down and think. Reminding myself I'm safe Is a big one too And not abandoning my own needs You guys hit the nail on the head Thank you !!
