Hi there, great that you have joined Mood Boost!!! Welcome 🌿🌿🌿
Are you have a great trip Robyn?
Hi @Robyn Diamond , I keep thinking about your wonderful trip. How is it going? What are some highlights? Are your daughters super excited and impressed by the UK? Did it rain? So many questions.

Fantastic. Did you and or your daughters hang upside down to kiss the Blarney stone? Bath is lovely! Keep having a wonderful trip. Enjoying the tshirt weather! How green is it?

@Robyn Diamond Good on you!!! A friend of mine told me about it. A woman I work with now was there recently (Blarney). I must visit Ireland one day. Glad you're enjoying the cards. Connection is what they are all about! Keep having fun!!! Looking forward to more updates.
Introduction
Hi Mood Boost Group!! My name is Vanessa and I live in Yass. I have been off work due to burn out for nearly 3 months. I am in the early stages of picking myself up again. I have a interest in all things healing. I live in Yass Town with my husband, Aaron, my daughter Lucia, two dogs, two cats and a handful of skinks. I love to lift weights, yoga, dance, crochet, relax and read (like my daughter). My daughter, helped me write my introduction! Here is a picture of my cat named Pepsi. He is very good at boosting my mood. I look forward to learning to move my body differently with qigong, join in on drumming groups ( I have an under utilized drum) and become more accustomed to using mindfulness meditation in my day to day life. Look forward to meeting you all soon!

Hi @Vanessa Reid great to have you join Mood Boost!
New stuff on Mood Boost - paid sessions of qigong and drumming circles
Hi everyone I'm about to send an email to my list, but I wanted to share it here first. And if anyone has 10 minutes this arvo to get online and test it out for me before I send an email to 330 people...eek...that would be great!! In the Classroom you can see I have set up some new courses. One is a 6-week term in qigong, and two others are online medicine drumming circles. I think you are all on my email list, so you will get the email once I send it anyway, but just in case: I am going to put the relevant info below. If you DON'T get all this info in a separate email with pictures, please let me know! 1. 1. Qigong online 6-week term: starting Friday 9 October  Qigong (pronounced chi-goong) is similar to Tai Chi. Gentle, easy-to-follow movements to help you relax and build strength. When practiced regularly, qigong improves breathing, circulation, balance and energy levels; reduces stress and anxiety; and can alleviate joint pain and arthritis symptoms. The term runs from Friday 9 October to Friday 13 November, 2026. Classes will be held live at 9 am, or you can catch the recording at a time that suits you. The cost is US$65 (about AUD$90) for the whole term, which is around $17 per lesson. Sign up and pay for the qigong classes on the page you will find in the Classroom here. 1. 2. New moon and full moon online medicine drumming: 11 and 25 October  Bring your medicine drum that you've made with me, or bring your own drum, or just bring yourself - no drum needed if you don't have one! Medicine drums are frame drums made from skin stretched over a wooden frame. They are known as medicine drums because of their beautiful healing energy and vibration. Playing or even listening to a medicine drum relaxes the mind and body in a meditative experience. In these circles, you will enjoy a grounding meditation, and have the opportunity to help set the themes or intention for three rounds of drumming: one for yourself, one for your community and one for the world.
