11 contributions to WIN Beyond Your Job with AI
It's Official...👨🏾‍🎓--> head's been down, puttin in work #agenticAI 🦺
I’m officially a Certified MindStudio AI Agent Developer! 🤎 After building dozens of agents, applying them to real business use cases, and passing a rigorous exam — I’m among the first to be fully certified. With MindStudio, I am able to: 🚧 Build powerful agents with models like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and now Manus 👩🏽‍🎨 Design + deploy Agentic workflow automations that save teams time and money (build AI agents that DO the work vs. tell you what work to do) 📐Scale AI agents across organizations of any size For my newbies to AI here's what this means: there are 2 main lanes of AI 🗣️ Generative AI: you and AI talk to each other as a "thinking" partner (GPT) 👷🏾‍♀️ Agentic AI: you give AI a job task, and AI will go DO it on it's own (AGENTS) Have an agentic workflow or business automation use case you'd like to discuss, hit me up or DM me. Thank YOU MindStudio Photos of the 7 agents I built in ONE day... (phew) 🤩 #agenticaideveloper #mindstudio #upwork #agenticcertified Do you know how to build AGENTS?

Good job! You met your goal!!🥳
A few more days of Black History
I paused today and thought about the shoulders we stand on. Dr. George Washington Carver turned curiosity into innovation when the world tried to limit his reach. Frederick Douglass turned pain into power and taught a nation what courage sounds like when it speaks. Thurgood Marshall turned justice from an idea into something real people could finally touch. They didn’t wait for permission. They became possibility. Because of them, doors opened. Voices rose. Futures shifted. This isn’t just Black history. This is American history. This is human history. This is a reminder that one life, lived with purpose, can echo for generations. Today, I honor their legacy by remembering… and by continuing the work.

So true!
The Switch the Burden Exercise (10 minutes)
This works because the idea of "cheesy" aka pushy selling always comes from carrying responsibility that isn’t yours. Sales feels "cheesy" when you’re carrying responsibility that isn’t yours. If you believe it’s your job to convince, persuade, or get the yes, your tone shifts and pressure sneaks in. This exercise is here to reset that. Your role is to create clarity; their role is to decide. Do this slowly and honestly. The goal isn’t confidence or better wording — it’s alignment. Once your posture is clean, the conversation takes care of itself. Step 1 — Write this sentence (don’t skip it): “I am responsible for whether they buy.” Read it. Notice how heavy it feels. That belief is the root of: - Pushy tone - Over-explaining - Discounting - Feeling gross afterward Step 2 — Now replace it with the true responsibility Write this instead: “I am responsible for helping them see clearly. They are responsible for deciding.” Say it out loud. This is the servant frame — not passive, not weak, just clean. Step 3 — Run the Clarity Test (this is the re-patterning) Think of your last sales conversation and answer only YES or NO: 1. Did I ask questions they could answer honestly? (Y/N) 2. Did I reflect what I heard instead of correcting it? (Y/N) 3. Did I offer a next step only after clarity existed? (Y/N) 4. Did I let “no” be safe? (Y/N) Now add your points. If you hit 3 or more yeses, you were serving — even if they didn’t buy. Selling ≠ serving Clarity = serving Step 4 — One-sentence anchor (use this before calls) Say this quietly before any convo: “My job is not to convince. My job is to create clarity.” That’s it. That sentence alone will change your tone. Why this works (and why introverts feel cheesy) Introverts feel "salesy" when: - They feel responsible for outcomes - They talk longer than they listen - They cross the line before permission This exercise moves you back into adult-to-adult posture. We don’t chase — we clarify.

This is great, Vondell. I have to admit that the end made me laugh, you sound just like ChatGPT with the three questions at the end! :) And I'm tired. I like the sound of a pre-call ritual.
