Where are you?
Good Morning Gentlemen, As you know we are getting close to Christmas. We have 73 days or 10 weeks left. Having said that we have approximately 6 weeks before we hit the holiday season of commitments, shopping, decorating and such. So what does that mean? Many of you gentlemen have made New Year’s resolutions or self commitments and goals that you wanted to accomplish in 2025. Some of you have already began to mentally think of the coming year. Right now is the best time to do a little self examination and evaluation of yourself. Did you accomplish what you set out to do in 2025? Are you on track in your goals? Are you behind in your goals for 2025? Right now is the time to finish strong. Once the holiday season hits, it will be extremely hard to focus and play catch up. But it is not too late. You can still finish strong. Now if you don’t accomplish all that you set out to do in 2025, it’s okay, maybe there were circumstances? Maybe you just didn’t quite know what to do? Maybe you set too many goals? Maybe you set the bar higher than you expected. IT’S OKAY! You accomplished what you could, you learned and grew during the year. Do not beat yourself up over it. Instead use this time to evaluate yourself, see where you could have made changes, see where you could have improved, see what you can do differently next year to improve. Whatever the case is, do not beat yourself up over it , learn and apply what you learned from it. The mere fact that you were in this community in 2025 was a major win! So this is also a great time to start looking ahead into 2026. Right now is the perfect time to start planning and thinking about your goals for 2026. This is the perfect time to list obtainable goals and make a plan of where you want it be by the end of 2026, better yet where you want to be this time next as you began to think about 2027. This is the time to start planning because if you wait, next thing you know you are in the holidays rush and then but the time you realize it Christmas is over trying to put up the holiday stuff trying to close out the year at work or thinking about tax season and then to realize you have not set any plans for the new year so you make this quick unattainable goals and then you right back here next year.

Good stuff. I’ve been working on my work goals for 2026 since September. I’ve basically completed most of my 2025 goals for work. Still have two and half month to finish the year year out strong at work. Things are starting to slow down a bit from the summer months, so now I’m able to do a little catch up on some personal goals. Great advice again sir.

You’re Not Behind
If you're working hard as fuck but things just don't seem to be working out... Keep fighting. Believe it or not... I've lived most of my life in that place mentally. You're probably sitting there thinking you're behind... Wondering if youscrewed up your life. I promise you... You're not. You didn't. You're early in the story. This takes time. ...and it's supposed to feel unclear right now. That's part of it. Stop thinking you're late. Stop thinking you missed it. You didn't miss a thing. You're just in the part where most people quit. Keep fighting. The story will work out better than you ever thought possible. ~ Andy Frisella
