Minimum Price Auction
How would you handle a software partner that is willing to auction off their software, but they want a minimum bid? I want to do either a 1 yr annual or lifetime deal. Does this only work if I can get them to give it to me for free in exchange for them getting the leads?

My first auction was for a SaaS that I owned. Your partner is probably worried about devaluing his recurring subscription, at least that was the case with me. Try to figure out why He wants a guaranteed minimum bid.
What is the best way to position my group to maximise relationships with experts?
So my community for laser business owners is now at 174 members. Based on the wisdom in this post https://www.skool.com/community-fire-mojo-6715/movement-mojo?p=99e971b7 I have started to reach out to creators in my niche to see if I can interview them for my group. To leverage their knowledge. I reached out to a micro influencer that has a YT channel with about 8k subscribers. She has agreed to do an interview - so that is the first small win 😀 But on top of the content that this will create I also want to leverage this new relationship. From her channel I can see that some of her material would make good courses for my classroom. How would you go about pitching this? Do I leave it for now - do the interview and then ask her afterwards? I'm also wondering about leveraging her audience - what would be the best way to do that? Maybe offer something of value in the classroom and have her add it to a link on her videos? The other thing I'm wondering as my group approaches 200 members is should I start charging for the group even if it was just $5 - 10 a month for future members? I've seen other groups doing this and it all adds up, or do you think its better to keep the group free? I'm thinking charging a small amount would weed out any complete feeloaders while still making it very accessible. Or is it best to keep it free, maximise the members joining and then monetise from auctions, polls and classroom courses? I also think by charging for the group I could offer affiliate income to these external influencers/content creators so they can monetise their audience by sending them to my group. I'd appreciate the thoughts of all you Flames and of course @Travis Sago aka the 'Firestarter'

Don’t pitch her on course stuff yet. Crush the interview. Make her look and feel like a rockstar. Clip it up. Tag her. Drive her DMs crazy. Then… “Hey, your stuff hit hard. Had a few members ask if you had a course. Any chance we could collab and drop it in the classroom? Could be a great way for your audience to get hands-on too.”
🔥70 of the BEST Leads you can get!
In a world where people struggle to get 70 likes... We got 70 HOT LEADS - who told us they were interested AND the amount they'd spend. (From a 500-person community) How is this possible? An AUCTION! The best lead generator known to Flame Kind! 👀Look at the pic👇 TWENTY bids over $1,000! Bidders convert at 80% WITHOUT SALES CALLS! How can you get better leads than that? (I ran one 2 weeks ago that converted 100%) There are... ✖️No sales letters ✖️No VSLs ✖️No Google Docs ✖️No Webinars ✖️No Zooms ✖️No sales team ✖️No fancy copywriting skillz How is this possible? Because in an auction, the bidders and social PROOF do most of the PRE-SELLING for you. We simply DM the bidders (Which Skool makes super easy compared to any other community) It's usually two or three lines followed by "You want?" Their response 80% of the time is 'YES' or 'I'm in!' It is a FINE TIME to be a community owner. As a Flame... You are going to be MILES AHEAD of any "competition". Thank you for being here! I've gotta lot lined up for you. Gonna start sharing COMMUNITY GROWTH without paying for traffic. Are you ready for it? or do you need more time to start your community? Sound off👇

My last auction "failed". Only 50% bidders converted without a sales call.

Destroy A Lil' Bill! ($13k Pop-Up Auction)
Heads up! Last week... I DESTROYED my $800+ a month Wistia bill for over a year! Pulled in $13,000 bucks with a Community Pop-Up Auction. They are soooo fun. Everyone loves participating... It took less than an hour of actual "work". Very little to deliver. So... On Monday... I got on Zoom with our Flame @Dale Backers. He's a family man with a 9 to 5. I laid out step-by-step exactly what I did. During the auction and post-auction. Yesterday... After work... Guess what Dale did? 👍He ran his first lil Bill Buster Pop Up Auction... 🍾And he's already at $1800 in sales. He'll make more after he gets off his day job. Fun Pop-Up Auctions are NEWBIE-friendly. 👉I've just put the training in the classroom here. (It's the first one.) Get ya some! The investment is tiny. AND... ⚠️UNTIL I CHANGE MY MIND⚠️ When you run your first Pop-Up Auction, THEN post your results for your fellow Flames... NOT ONLY will you get my total respect! 👍😀 ...I will send your investment BACK TO YOU! BTW: You also earn 50% commish when someone you invite to CFM purchases. What lil' bill do you wanna destroy first? Let's get her done! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I also included the 5 Minute Zoom Auction - I added $100 a month in less than 5 minutes. I won't make the Forbes 500, but it pays my water bill! 👀PPS Don't have a community yet? I betcha someone with a FB Group, Skool community, YT channel , Instagram, etc would let you run an auction and split the $$$. How do I know? I've seen it happen over and over. Last month one of my Ronin ran an Instragram Auction and did over $20,000 - NOT HIS INSTA!
