How to go from 1:1 to Group Coaching
1:1 is greatโ€ฆ until it isnt. Last year I realized a limiting belief I held that is why the more we scars the more burnt out I became and the less I actually enjoyed my work. The belief: my highest value is my presence (and that part is true) but the lie is that my presence is only offered with my time. My presence is felt in my container / in my content / on group calls / in chat / etc. U doing that belief and re aligning our business has unlocked a whole lot of growth and freedom
