Hi , My name is Betinho and im from Australia. My goal is to learn all i can about calisthenics so i can incorporate it into my workouts. The skills i want to master is the pull up, chin up and muscle up.
I changed up my workouts since I've been in this group. I have more focus, I'm not all over the place trying to learn everything at once and I can feel the difference💪 Today I did unassisted chin ups for the first time😁 I dud 2 chin ups x 3 sets
