NOT IMPORTING ORDERS
Had another order unable to import.. managed to do it manually. thought i'd just let you guys know just so in the future if you guys can prevent it, personally dont mind doing it manually but just incase other people are bothered. @Tom Beeston @Max Murray @Mihai Volintiriu

Hey John, our Etsy integration is confirmed to be working fine so it is something on your end I think. Trying to think what the could be. Have you disconnected your Etsy and reconnected? Is there anything particular about the orders not importing you can think of? Are you completing orders on Etsy before importing? Let me know of anything you can think of!

Anybody else having problems today?
I've been working away all morning no problem but now can't upload any files. I can create the listing but can't get the files up. Etsy, canva etc all working as normal. TIA

Hey Hannah, sorry to hear you are having trouble but I do think it seems like an issue on your end as we have had no other reports and all checks on our end are coming back fine :)

FRAME FEEDBACK
@Tom Beeston - AS AN FYI , client feedback from US "One of my first Etsy purchases, and I was thoroughly impressed! The picture frame was high quality, the print was beautiful, and it was packaged with care, re: the plastic corner protectors and protective film covering in a heavy-duty cardboard shipping box. Thank you, I love it!

IMPORT BUTTON GONE
@Tom Beeston I got a new order and was just gonna fulfil it but when i tried to import it, the poster i've just sold on Etsy wasn't coming up. So i decided to log out and log back in and now the 'Import' button is gone.. please help thankyou :))
