Hey .. I am back!
Hi everyone, sorry for my absence.
I got back from a truly glorious time in Italy, and landed back in the mountains here in Austria and somehow I dropped into a bit of a tivy. So I went quiet, deleted all social media ... and blanked all outside connection, just needed to sit in it for a while.
Truthfully, the last two years have been hard. For almost twenty years the Tribe trainings and retreats ran mostly at full capacity, things flowed easily, business was good. since Covid there has been a lot of changes, and I’ve spent a lot of time trying different things, stepping into the entrepreneur world or should have say whirlwind. The noise, the endless trying, numerous start-ups, the not-quite-landing.
But I’m here, and I want to show up for this community properly as this group is slowly taking form … you guys are in at ground zero... founding members. So thank your being here… your feedback, shares and requests will help shape this space so we all have somewhere to stay on track.
So moving on, my intention is to keep sharing the power of the breath … because in my experience it is the key to staying grounded, connected and balanced.
Monday live sessions have been added to the calendar .. hope to see you there. And look out for more from Gaia on Thursdays
