This is heaven… I never knew a stretch could make such a difference. The anxiety and stress that is relieved. I’m loving it.
Breakfast!
Took the extra time to make myself a nutritious breakfast & actually sat down to eat. Rice cake with Gruyère cheese, smoked salmon, cucumbers, avocado, red onions. I’m always in the go, most times standing up eating(because of my job, I’m a sous-chef). Always looking after someone else’s meal before mine.

Hey unbreakables! Been a super busy day so I decided to make avocado toast with Mike’s Healthy Bread, one Haas avocado, and 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese. Quick fulfilling & easy 👩🏻‍🍳

Sometimes I drink my meal instead of eating. Have you ever felt too tired to chew!? This happens to me quite often, working long shifts on my feet. I find it easy to make a pot of soup with tons of veggies & protein(chicken, beans or beef marrow) Blend/purée everything, Easy to consume on the go. For snacks or breakfast-protein powder, collagen powder, berries, chia seeds, flax meal, Greek yogurt, water(photo attached).
