Breakfast!
Took the extra time to make myself a nutritious breakfast & actually sat down to eat.
Rice cake with Gruyère cheese, smoked salmon, cucumbers, avocado, red onions.
I’m always in the go, most times standing up eating(because of my job, I’m a sous-chef). Always looking after someone else’s meal before mine.
