We should all be mindful of healthy eating practices for the holiday, but sometimes we slip.
That is perfectly normal! Its a holiday about gathering together and sharing a big meal!
But because we have a tendency to overeat, we should work to incorporate additional physical activity this week! That way we can start a routine to help burn off those excess calories!
