Fitness Goals
I'm currently 46 years old. I've always been agile and athletic, but didn't learn the importance of strength training until as of recent.
I've become fascinated with Blue Zone cities, and desire to be a centurion, living to 100 years or more.
I've also noticed people in their elder years... that when they lose their muscle mass, life becomes a struggle and harder to cope with the physicality aspects of life.
I'm aware of the aspects of sustainability that involve staying active, stretching, and even the need to feed my body extra protein as I age. What I am curious about most though, is how I can increase muscle mass now that I am at an age that requires extra reps and time in the gym... especially when time becomes more and more limited as I work over 12 hours, 7 days a week???
Anyone else in the same skinny boat?
