Reorganize my brain(Plus Have,Want,Need)

Have: Been in the IM space for around 15 years. Have a decent toolbelt of experience(Been in everything from CPA/Affilliate, Ecom:Amazon FBA, Shopify, Funnels, Mobile lead gen/App installs, mailing and Agency work: Amazon and lead gen).

Want: Organize my shiny object syndrome to systematically assign and delegate so I can focus on what I am good at and scale out vertically with multiple eggs(Instead of just one big basket).

Need: Guidance on the above and how to best organize my time. Being a more focused husband and father is also a need(I want to actually be there when I’m spending time with them and be able to disconnect from business).
