Newbie needing that 5 likes ;)

Hey everyone, I have a retail and wholesale business predominantley selling food but also sell many other things including household and gardening products - we are similar to a discount supermarket.
My goal is to grown the business to £10,000,000 revenue (currently at 4.5 million)
I need better systems and processes in my business to get it there.
