Hi everyone! I’m Larissa ~ wife to

, mama to Miko (it’s his 2nd birthday today 🥹), and for most of my career, Jamie’s business partner and righthand woman.

I’ve spent years helping build businesses with him ~ from running an e-commerce brand to growing an agency to leading consulting and coaching work. I gained so much experience in leadership, training, and operations… and I loved serving people through it all. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was putting my own dreams on the back-burner. I was great at helping others rise, but I hadn’t fully given myself permission to step forward.

Motherhood was the moment I couldn’t ignore that anymore. When our son was born, I knew I didn’t want him to grow up watching a mom who played it safe. I wanted him to see me honoring what matters, showing up with confidence, and truly betting on myself. That’s when I finally created Designing Her Destiny and my signature H.E.R. Method.

At my core, I love serving, connecting, and encouraging people. I light up when I can help someone find clarity, shift perspective, or feel more confident about their next step. That’s why I’m so excited to be in this group of entrepreneurs ~ not just to learn, but to contribute!

Have ~ A heart for helping people rediscover who they are and realign with what matters most. Experience building multiple businesses alongside Jamie, plus a knack for turning big ideas into simple, practical systems.

Want ~ To step fully into my own lane while still loving the partnership I’ve built with Jamie. To grow a small but mighty community of ambitious women in seasons of change, and to collaborate with entrepreneurs here who care about freedom, clarity, and impact.

Need ~ I’d love to hear from you… when you’re in a season of change or reinvention, what topics or conversations feel most valuable?
