My jump progress ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ
First of all how is your vertical progress going?
And how tall are you compared to your vertical?
Are you happy with it!?
So when I first started this program my jump was at 2.15 m ๐Ÿ˜…, I know it's not a lot but I was out of shape and way shorter than now
And so after the 8 weeks of the jump program plus normal weight lifting my jump increased to 2.70 m. I am extremely happy with the progress that I have made and I m now gonna do the jump elite begginer program for 6 months and then I will update yall again.
