After taking a rest on Day 3, I challenged myself with diamond push-ups on Day 4 to see if I could manage them as a beginner. I was able to do 6 reps, and my goal is to reach 20 by the end of my 30-day push-up challenge. Progress is progress, no matter how small. 💪🔥
