Each day, do something good for:

• someone you know
• someone you don't know (for instance, a stranger you meet, someone in your local community, or someone from somewhere else who needs help).
You choose what you do and for whom.
Then each day, tell the group:
• What 3 things you did
• Why you did them
• How you felt before and after doing them.
At the end of each month, the 5 most engaging members will each receive a reward for their commitment, including liking and commenting on other people's posts.
