Hey team, just wanted to share this breaky recipe as I’ve had it for two days now and not only is it delicious and packed with protein but it keeps you full for hours. I had this after training around 8:10am and wasn’t hungry until lunch time around 12:30 so no need for any mid morning snack… I use chocolate protein and meal prep for three days… Enjoy 😊
