Mindset
I used to have a positive mindset. It's very easy to get lost in a negative way of thinking and actually find comfort there. For me, the biggest takeaway is the desired outcome. I want to be happy and physically and mentally healthy. I know I must discipline myself to get to that desired outcome. There are people who are silently cheering for my success and failures. I need to align myself with people who are more positive and truly want to see me happy.
