This was a great lesson. I'll admit I've always been a cardio junkie. Some takeaways are that I need to increase my BMR by gaining muscle. The classes really help me get my strength training in without having to stress about planning my workout. Also, with the calorie deficit, I have to start documenting what I really consume in a day including liquids so I can figure out where to cut some things but not feel deprived and feel the need to overeat
