Burning feeling in calve and foot
My calve and foot is burning really bad at work. Is there any suggestions that you could give to relieve this discomfort?

If the palm of your hand hurts what does that usually intell? It hasn't hurt until today and my whole right arm is in discomfort and my hand hurts. Should I brace it tomorrow?

Question about pain
When I was doing the foam roller exercise that you showed me. If when doing it when you find a tender spot but it's so tender do you still go over the area with the foam roller? Also if you massage your leg and feel like there is a knot in it what should you do? Then having pain in heel is also happening at the same time.
Question
I am starting to feel overwhelmed with what else I have going on. I also am having problems with figuring how to do my 10 minutes in when my calve hurts when I have the wedge board at home and I usually walk on the treadmill at Planet Fitness. Do you have any suggestions that I could do. Another question is, is it normal to feel awkward to do a walk at home DVD at home when you live in an apartment and don't want to disturb the people below you?
