I am starting to feel overwhelmed with what else I have going on. I also am having problems with figuring how to do my 10 minutes in when my calve hurts when I have the wedge board at home and I usually walk on the treadmill at Planet Fitness. Do you have any suggestions that I could do. Another question is, is it normal to feel awkward to do a walk at home DVD at home when you live in an apartment and don't want to disturb the people below you?
