Welcome to the 13 Week Evolution! — START HERE.
Before you explore, here’s the simplest way to get started: ✅ Your First Two Steps 1. Go to the Quick Start Checklist 2. Complete your first Daily 10 (10 minutes of intentional movement: walking, biking, stretching, strength training, etc.) That’s it. Once you’ve done that, you’re officially started. How Everything Else Works (Quick Overview) - Message Boards:This is where daily check-ins and encouragement happen. A simple comment on the Check-In page like: “Daily 10 Complete ✅” counts. - Leaderboards:These are just for fun motivation. You earn points when your posts & comments receive likes, not performance. The more useful your comments, the more likes you get, the more your ranking improves! - Check-Ins: One short check-in on the message board per day. Late check-ins count. Missed days don’t disqualify you. This is how we stay accountable and motivated! If you want to stay quiet at first, that’s completely fine. If you ever feel stuck or unsure what to do next, you can message me directly. Start simple. Start imperfect. Just start. – Mike

Hey all! I've added some new tabs to the top of the message board! Now you can sort through and easily find all of my "Coaching Tips" posts and all of my "Coffee Hour" posts! You can see them circled in the accompanying image. (These were originally all located in the "Announcements" tab.) Keep moving forward!

A Quick Update (and the Easiest Way to Get Started)
Quick update for everyone — especially if you’ve joined recently or feel like you’re “behind” 👇 The 13 Week Evolution is designed to work best when you start simple and imperfect. You do not need to catch up, read everything, or wait until life slows down. To make this easier, there are now two clear ways to begin the program. Both are correct. ✅ Option 1: Full Orientation (Recommended) Choose this if you like clarity and structure. - Go to the Classroom tab - Open “Start Here: Orientation” - Work through it at your own pace This walks you through your why, goals, and how the program is structured week to week. ✅ Option 2: Fast-Start (Totally Fine) Choose this if you’d rather skip setup and just get moving. - Watch the Orientation video - Jump straight into the 7-Day Kickstarter - Start with Day 1 No posting required. No explaining. Just start. You can always come back and do the full orientation later — many people do once they’re already in motion. A Few Important Reminders - Late check-ins count - Missed days don’t disqualify you - One small win > waiting for the “perfect” start When you’re ready, a simple “Daily 10 ✅” check-in is more than enough.
